As Engineering Manager, Moats will direct all Aqua‑Hot engineering operations, overseeing team performance and project delivery. Drawing on his experience as Aqua-Hot’s Sales and Product Integration Supervisor, he brings strong technical expertise, a history of developing high‑performing teams, and a customer‑driven mindset to advance Aqua‑Hot’s engineering capabilities.
